I find walking in woodlands and bimbling around gardens a real delight.

The air you breath in whilst walking through woods seems so clean and reviving whatever the season.  In winter the bare bones of trees are on display and then come spring, the lime green of fresh growth appears.  During the heat of summer the woods provide a cool, shaded place to walk and then come autumn the woods show off their warm colours.

I visit many gardens around Devon and Cornwall but I visit The Garden House in Buckland Monachorum the most as it's my 'local' garden.  Like woodlands, each season in a garden brings many different qualities, colours and scents and I find that visiting gardens and walking in woodlands has a really positive impact on my well-being.
